This poem written by my son helped me at time in my life I was going through a great adversity in my life.

THE BEST MAN

He was a mere carpeter's son,
Yet a special man he was.
This workd knew no other one,
That loves men like he does.

To give his life selflessly,
Was the act of a God-like man.
And by this act all men will see,
That they will live again.

No other man could do his job,
Only he culd stand the pain.
And from us. Satan will gladly rob,
The joy and happiness we may gai;n.

He hadn't any selfish needs,
Not a worldly want or care.
His life filled with goodly deeds,
Our sins he was glad to bear.

Many songs sing glory to him,
He is our brother, savior, and friends.
Out saddness and misery he will dim,
And be with us till the End.
