Most craft stores carry attractive bottles with corks; prices will vary.
Or use a bottle from home be sure the bottles are washed.
Use approximataely 1 cup fresh herbs such as thyme, sage dill, tarragon,
mint, basil, rosemary, or parsley. With the bamboo skewer, push herbs into bottle.
YOu could also add garlic cloves, hot chili peppers, whole spices or seeds, or
lemon or lime rinds cut in curls. Be sure herbs have been washed.
Fill the bottle with vinegar--red wine, white wine vinegar, cider, or plain vinegar.
Replace cork.
Allow vinegar to steep in a sunny window for 2-3 days. Tie on a label
